Citrus Smoked Mango Pineapple Passion

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or 1 to 3 teaspoons sugar)
  • 1 bottle sparkling white wine (or Champagne)
  • Fresh lime wedges and fresh fruit, optional, garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend together your mangos, rum, pineapple juice, and maple syrup. Pour in white wine. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a rocks glass and place the Smoke Stack into the glass. Light up some maple smoking powder. 

Once the smoke clears, choose your garnish.
