Make the scotched ice cubes: Fill an ice tray with water. Add ¼ teaspoon of Talisker Scotch to eight cubes. Freeze.
Make the batch: Combine tequila, lime juice, orange curaçao, honey and soda in a medium sized pitcher with regular ice. Top with bitters and stir.
Place two scotched ice cubes in each individual serving. Light it up with your Smoke Stack and torch. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange slices.
