- 1 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Orange Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a rocks glass and place the glass on the smoking dome. Light up some cherry wood chips and release the smoke under the dome. Let the cocktail sit under the dome for a minute or so.
Once the smoke clears, choose your garnish.
